I don't think there's anyone to blame for Romeo and Juliet's death. That was their own choice. People may have been rude to them and didn't want them to be together but no one wanted them to take their lives. And why would you take your life for someone anyways? If there has to be someone blamed, then it's their own fault and no one else's.
