I think the everyone is to blame for Romeos and Juliet's death. Because if it wasn't for them getting in between them they would have taken so many risks to be together.
But half of the blame goes to the Friar. Because he took a big part in it. If it wasn't for him. Romeo and Juliet would have never gotten married. And Juliet would have not gone through the crazy plan that the Friar thought of. The Friar also didn't make sure the letters got to Romeo, Ex planing what the plan was, So Romeo and Juliet can be together.
I think the real people to blame are ROMEO AND JULIET! because they could have waited and to get married. Or maybe even talk to each others parents, it could have worked out a little better than there death. And because they make their own decisions, like Juliet could have said no to the plan the the Friar thought of, and Romeo could have not killed Tybalt which was the reason the that he had to leave.
